Firstly, what is E-commerce?

According to TechTarget,

E-commerce, also known as electronic commerce, involves the act of purchasing and re-selling products and services. This is also known as a transaction and it is typically used for business purposes. This transaction is done through the internet which requires the transfer of data from a network to be able to complete the transaction digitally. (Lutkevich et al., 2022)
